Yes. Amerigroup and Peach State left Georgia Families on June 30, 2026; members moved to CareSource, Humana Healthy Horizons, Molina or UnitedHealthcare Community Plan. Check the plan name on the new card and select Dare2Care Pediatrics as the primary care provider.
