Roswell children attend Fulton County Schools, most often Roswell High on King Road or Centennial High on Scott Road, with Crabapple Middle and Elkins Pointe Middle in between. The Georgia forms are the same across the county: we complete Form 3231 and Form 3300 at the visit and send immunization records through GRITS.
Wellstar North Fulton Medical Center on Hospital Boulevard is Roswell’s hospital: a 24-hour emergency department for all ages and a Level II trauma center, and where many Roswell babies are born. Babies born there are seen here two to three days after discharge; call before you leave and we hold the slot.

Is the drive manageable with a sick child?

Do you take Medicaid and PeachCare?
