The nearest hospitals with labor and delivery are Emory Johns Creek Hospital and Northside Hospital Forsyth in Cumming. Wherever you deliver, the hospital’s newborn team examines your baby before you go home. The office is on McGinnis Ferry Road, the line between Fulton and Forsyth counties. The City of Johns Creek starts across the road; our building is on the Forsyth side, and the mailing address is Alpharetta, GA 30005. Johns Creek Town Center is 5 to 10 minutes away.
Is there a same-day pediatrician near Johns Creek?
Yes. Same-day sick visits run Monday to Friday: call or text when we open. For a cough, ear pain or a rash it is usually quicker than urgent care, and the visit stays in your child’s record. Evenings and weekends, call the same number for the after-hours line, or see where to go when we are closed.
Which school forms can you complete?
Fulton County Schools forms, including the Georgia certificate of immunization (Form 3231) and the ear, eye and dental form (3300), sports physicals on the GHSA form, and camp and daycare forms, all at the well visit. We send immunization certificates through GRITS.
