Families from Windward, Avalon, downtown Alpharetta and the Webb Bridge neighbourhoods have been coming here since 2016. Same-day sick visits, newborn care, Georgia Medicaid and PeachCare for Kids, and care from birth through 21.

What Alpharetta parents come here for
Most of what we do on an Alpharetta day is ordinary: a two-week weight check, a kindergarten physical, a sore throat that turns out to be strep, a teenager’s sports form, a vaccine that was missed during a move. Sick children are seen the same day, Monday to Friday, in the office or by video, and strep, flu and COVID-19 tests are run here with results in about 15 minutes.
Alpharetta children attend Fulton County Schools: Alpharetta High on Webb Bridge Road, Webb Bridge Middle and Haynes Bridge Middle, and the elementary schools that feed them. We complete the Georgia certificate of immunization (Form 3231) and the vision, hearing, dental and nutrition form (Form 3300) at the visit, and send immunization records to schools through GRITS. There is no hospital emergency department inside Alpharetta. Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta runs an urgent care on Mansell Road for evenings and weekends, and the nearest emergency departments are Wellstar North Fulton in Roswell and the Children’s emergency departments in Atlanta. A free prenatal visit, a first newborn visit two to three days after discharge, and a free monthly baby massage workshop.
Same-day sick visits
Monday to Friday. Call or text in the morning; tests are run here with results in about 15 minutes.
Well visits and vaccines
The full AAP schedule, with a Reach Out and Read book at visits from six months to five years.
School and sports forms
Forms 3231 and 3300 and the GHSA sports physical, completed at the visit.
Behavioral and developmental health
ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism screening and school support, managed in the office with tracked referrals when needed.
Georgia Medicaid and PeachCare
Amerigroup, CareSource and Peach State, and most commercial plans. We are accepting new Medicaid patients.

Where exactly is the office?
5460 McGinnis Village Place, Suite 103, Alpharetta, GA 30005, on McGinnis Ferry Road at Christopher Robin Road, about five miles east of GA-400 exit 11. Free parking at the door, and the entrance is step-free.
Can my child be seen the same day?
On weekdays, yes. Call or text when we open and we hold slots for children who are sick that day, in the office or by video. For a cough, ear pain or a rash it is usually quicker than urgent care, and the visit stays in your child’s record.
Which schools do you complete forms for?
All of them. Fulton County Schools for Alpharetta families, and Forsyth, Gwinnett and private schools for families nearby. Bring the form with your part filled in and it goes home with you the same day.
