Board-certified pediatrician and founder of Dare2Care Pediatrics with more than two decades of experience, additional training in behavioral and developmental health, and fluency in Spanish. Parents call her the “baby whisperer”.

About Dr. Madhuri Viswanadham
Dr. Viswanadham founded Dare2Care Pediatrics to give Alpharetta families a true medical home: one place where a child’s physical, developmental and emotional health are cared for together, by people who know the family.
She spent the first decade of her career serving Hispanic and underserved communities, then five years as a consulting pediatrician for children in foster care within community behavioral health. That work shaped the practice’s focus on early detection, prevention and helping families navigate complex hurdles.
She holds additional certification in behavioral and developmental health through the REACH program and continues her education through Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s ECHO programs. She is an early-literacy advocate through Reach Out and Read, and she sees patients in English and Spanish.
Known for patience, imagination and a playful way with even the most reluctant toddler, she teaches families how to strive toward overall well-being from pregnancy through adolescence.
